Unlimited ServiceDesk
- We provide UNLIMITED support and service for any computer,
network, software, e-mail, or Internet issue. Whenever you have ANY
technology related problem, we are here to help. You never have to
pay by the hour for computer support again! And with guaranteed
response times as quick as ONE HOUR, you have peace of mind that
your computer emergencies will be taken care of as quickly as
possible.
Unlimited HelpDesk
- Whether it’s a question about how to change something in a Word
document or how to install a device onto your computer, our
knowledgeable staff is here to help. We will answer all of your
computer related questions in a friendly, easy to understand way.
Backup Monitoring
- We check your backup DAILY to ensure that it is successful. We
know how critical business information is to our clients, so we make
sure that your backups are being done properly. If your backup does
fail, we waste no time figuring out what went wrong so we can
prevent it from failing in the future. We also do periodic backup
restores to ensure the data is all there.
Computer Maintenance
- Everyday there are new patches, updates, and hotfixes available
from Microsoft for your computers. To help keep your systems running
at their optimal level, we perform updates and maintenance on a
DAILY basis on all of your machines. We handle all the maintenance
so your investment lasts longer without you having to worry about
the upkeep.
Bandwidth Monitoring
- Sometimes certain computers or programs on a network can cause
everyone’s machine to run slowly. To help increase efficiency, we
periodically check your company’s bandwidth usage to see if a
particular computer is a culprit for slowing down your network. If
we find a problem, we make resolve it ASAP so all your processes can
be done more quickly.
Server Maintenance
- Servers are the heartbeat of a network and need many “services”
running in order to function properly. Because we know how vital
your company’s server is, we keep an eye on your server very
carefully. If any of its “services” go down, we restart them
immediately and can even reboot the server remotely if necessary. We
also perform active maintenance on this important computer to make
sure your organization stays up and running.
Vendor Management
- Most businesses we deal with have multiple technology related
vendors. For example, a client may have an Internet service
provider, a specialized industry specific software company, a
network copier vendor, and a web designer. We act as a liaison
between you and those companies and make sure that before any
changes take place, that all the pieces of the puzzle work together.
We also work with those vendors for you to resolve any issues that
come up.
